Concrete
Repair System

This repairing and restructuring system include processes from analyzing, designing, testing, and repairing cracks, chips, or micropores in concrete or cement structures using high quality materials that can efficiently help resolve problems.

Epoxy injection

The epoxy injection formula is made from a material with low viscosity, making it highly useful for repairing miniscule cracks. It also has excellent concrete and metal adhesion, can seep into cracks before hardening, has a high level of compressive strength, and does not shrink. Therefore, this product is suitable for strengthening structures such as columns, beams, floors, and foundations.

Polyurethane injection

This high quality product is perfect for repairing leaks to stop seepage of underground structures, wells, and swimming pools, without having to drain the contents out. The injection is applied with a high pressure gun, which sprays polyurethane into the crack. Once the substance comes into contact with water, it shall expand into a dense, watertight foam which blocks water seepage.

Epoxy mortar / vinyl ester mortar

This process is carried out by filling unhardened cement or a specific mixture into cracks. Non-shrink grout is made from fine aggregate grout. Once mixed with water, it turns into a liquid solution which increases the concrete’s bonding strength, repair wide cavities, fill spaces outside or under structures, and fix cracks or honeycomb marks on concrete surfaces. Our grout has also been certified with the ASTM C1107 standard specification and therefore can be applied to areas that must withstand impact forces or areas that must not shrink during installation such as the foundation of structures and machinery, etc.
